First opening in May '06, restaurant 373 has grown into one of Hobart's finest restaurants.

The restaurant is open for dinner from Monday to Saturday nights from 6.00 PM. Bookings are definitely recommended and can be made during the day by calling (03) 6231 9031. Lunch is available for groups of 10 or more by prior arrangement.
