Functions and Group Bookings


At restaurant 373 we have 3 different dining areas with each one seating a different maximum of guests.

Our Private Dining Room is our small, intimate space. With 10-14 guests guaranteeing this room for only your group, though for a minimum spend of $800 it is yours no matter how many people you have. This room is ideal for business meetings or dinners, and smaller family celebrations.

New to us is our Cellar Dining Room, which can hold from 15-30 guests, located underneath our restaurant. Be surrounded by the heritage listed sandstone walls and our wine cellar where you can hold that special occasion, business function or Christmas party in total privacy.

If your function does go over 30 people, you can book the main restaurant area out which can seat up to 44 guests. For bookings over 44 people the whole restaurant will need to be booked out.


Terms and Conditions for booking functions

  • Groups of 12 or more will dine from a set function menu, up to date menus will be supplied if requested.
  • All drinks are charged on consumption
  • For groups over 15 guests, drinks will need to be pre selected.
  • Bookings in the Cellar dining room have the option to order off the Cellar wine list.
  • A $250 deposit is required for groups of 10-15.
  • A $500 deposit is required for groups of 15-30.
  • The deposit will come off your total bill at the end of the night.
  • Bookings will be confirmed on the preceeding day.
  • No shows will forfeit deposit.
  • We accept all major cards though payment with diners does incur a 2.2% surcharge.
  • Sorry, no split bills or pay as you go.
