Blue Eye Travella, jerusalme artichokes, braised octopus, red wine sauce
 
duck breast, duck consommé, duck foie gras dumplings, red cabbage.
 
cressy farm lamb rump, rolled lamb neck, carrot puree, asparagus, rosemary, demi glaze
 
raspberry fool. honey roasted almonds then judbury honey crème brulee, chocolate biscotti.
OR
Lemon sorbet then two cheeses of your choice, lavosh, semi dried grapes.
($10 supplement if cheese wanted as an extra course)
