Thorpe farm goats cheese gnocchi, roasted tomato consommé, rocket pesto, garlic wafer
 
Local calamari cooked in it’s ink, snow peas, house made chorizo, mache, ink ”dust”
 
Rannock Farm quail, fried truffle polenta, marsala soaked mini figs, wild rocket, truffle glaze
 
Cressy Farm lamb rump, rolled lamb neck, carrot puree, asparagus, rosemary, demi glaze
 
Bavarian cream, local strawberries, hazelnut crumbs then Judbury honey crème brulee, chocolate coated honeycomb
OR
Lemon sorbet then Two cheeses of your choice, lavosh, honey roasted walnuts
($10 supplement if cheese wanted as an extra course)
